Weapon Prefixes[]
Many weapons contain common prefixes that indicate how the weapon is used/fired. This table does not include weapon types like Kraken, Lightning, Blood, etc.

Cursed Weapons[]
Weapons that emit purple smoke are Cursed and are unable to be swapped with a normal weapon after being picked up. Cursed Weapons can be swapped with other Cursed Weapons. When at least two Cursed Weapons are equipped, ammo and health can spawn as cursed versions.
Cursed Weapons will always be 2 tiers higher than your current weapon tier.
Golden Weapons[]
Unlike in the retail version of Nuclear Throne, where characters can only carry their normal starting weapon and a golden weapon at a time, in Nuclear Throne Ultra all characters have a menu with all golden weapons in it, which can be unlocked.
In addition, golden weapons are now unlocked by being walked over/holding them as opposed to taking it through a portal.
The chance for any given weapon to become Golden (given it has a golden variant) is . The minimum chance is during no loop for 3%. Every time you loop up until loop 9, the chance is increased by 10%. Upon reaching loop 9, the chance is capped at 90%.
Ultra Weapons[]
Ultra Weapons are stronger versions of some pre-loop weapons which require Rads to use.
